ViewportCam — Open Source Notices ViewportCam includes independently licensed open-source software. Your rights under those licenses are not restricted by a ViewportCam subscription or EULA. The open-source components are provided without warranty under their licenses. The camera runtime runs as a separate gphoto2 command-line process. It includes gphoto2, libgphoto2 and camera/port plugins, libusb, libexif, GNU readline, GNU gettext/libintl, libltdl, popt, libgd, libjpeg-turbo, libpng, FreeType, Fontconfig, libtiff, libwebp, libavif, dav1d, libaom, libvmaf, Zstandard and XZ. runtime-manifest.json contains the exact versions, upstream links and license identification. Full license and copyright texts are in licenses/. The gphoto2 executable and its GPL-covered combination are distributed under GPL version 3 or later (gphoto2 permits version 2 or later; GNU readline requires version 3 or later). Libraries retain their respective upstream licenses. libgphoto2 and libusb use LGPL 2.1 or later. The bundled libltdl and libintl licenses are included separately from their parent projects' tool licenses. This software is based in part on the work of the Independent JPEG Group. The native camera extension also statically links libjpeg-turbo 3.2.0, under the IJG and BSD-style terms in licenses/jpeg-turbo/. Portions of this software are copyright © The FreeType Project (www.freetype.org). All rights reserved. FreeType is used under the FreeType License included in licenses/freetype/docs__FTL.TXT. Corresponding source, patches and build/installation scripts for the bundled camera runtime are provided as ViewportCam--sources.tar.gz beside each version's application downloads, at no additional charge. Use the same release version as the installed app; do not substitute a newer upstream tree. The release downloads are linked from ViewportCam's Help menu. Redistributors must keep that source archive available alongside the binary downloads. You may rebuild/modify the open-source runtime according to its licenses. See BUILD-AND-DISTRIBUTION.md in the source archive for installation and local re-signing instructions. No ViewportCam license key is required to run gphoto2 independently or to obtain the open-source source archives. JavaScript runtime dependency notices are in NPM-NOTICES.txt. Electron's LICENSE and LICENSES.chromium.html accompany the Electron app distribution.
